Roucher, CEO
Mr. Roucher has a history of successful startup, development and sale of technology
companies. Mr. Roucher was founder and CEO of Navius Corporation, which was acquired
by Endosonics Corporation for $20M. Mr. Roucher spearheaded angioplasty development
for SciMed, which sold to Boston Scientific for $1.6B, and Versaflex, Inc. which
sold to Medtronic for $96M. He has over 20 years of hands-on managerial experience
in the medical device industry, with companies which also include USCI, and Medtronic,
Inc.
Debra Krahel, VP Sales & Marketing
President of the California Independent Physician Association of America 1997-2001, Ms. Krahel brings more than 20 years of physician group development and executive hospital management. She has held positions including VP Managed Care for Matria Healthcare and National Diabetic Pharmacies, and was the founder and CEO of Omnicare Health Services, Inc., which was acquired by PRN, Inc. Ms. Krahel has had consistent success with growing market share.
