Leo Roucher
With a history of serial successes, Mr. Roucher brings a unique expertise in the area of
start-up, development and sale of medical technology companies. Mr. Roucher was founder
and CEO of Navius Corporation, developer and manufacturer of cardiac balloon angioplasty
catheters and cardiac stents, which was acquired by Endosonics Corporation for $20M.
Mr. Roucher spearheaded angioplasty development for SciMed, which subsequently sold to
Boston Scientific in 1994 for $1.6B, and Versaflex, Inc. which sold to Medtronic for $96M.
He has over 20 years of hands-on executive experience in the medical device industry,
with companies which also include USCI and Medtronic, Inc.
Wayne Yamamoto
Mr. Yamamoto has a successful record of executive management leading companies through
rapid growth over the last 27 years. Mr. Yamamoto serves on the Board of Directors for
Restech and acts as CEO for Securesoft Systems, an enterprise compliance and risk
management solutions company for the Healthcare market.
Jay Bloodsworth
Mr. Bloodsworth’s career spans executive management of healthcare service segments, from publicly owned disease management systems focused on dialysis to homecare nursing entities. He brings a broad understanding of payor relations and provider economics. He currently owns and manages a home care agency and is the Founder and Board Member for NODRA, a trade association. Mr. Bloodsworth has a Master’s of Hospital and Health Care Management from University of Iowa, Carver College of Medicine.
Elena Medo
An expert in women’s health initiates and a pioneer in introducing specialty products to maternal and neonatal markets, both domestically and internationally, Ms. Medo launched and secured funding for three medical device companies over the last two decades. Chairman and CEO at Neolac, Inc., she continues to create new technologies for support of preterm infants. Ms. Medo holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of California.
Jeffery Schipper
Mr. Schipper has over twenty years of experience in executive positions in major healthcare companies including Johnson & Johnson, Imed Corporation, and Sybron Corporation. He has proven success in startup medical technology companies, including Navius Corporation, an interventional cardiology firm, where he served as VP of Engineering and Quality Systems. Mr. Schipper is currently President and CEO of Sierra Medical Technology Inc., a medical engineering consultancy firm. Sierra provides contract services to Restech.
Ron Hadani
Mr. Hadani is Founder and CEO of Nanamed, a medical device company headquartered in New Jersey. Prior to this he spent nearly a decade as the President and CEO of a publicly traded endoscopy company. With over twenty-five years of industry knowledge and experience, Mr. Hadani provides Restech with a unique understanding of the medical device market. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Pauline Getz, Counsel
Attorney Getz is secretary to the Board of Directors and is the principal at Getz and Associates legal firm. Ms. Getz has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Palomar Pomerado Health Foundation. Ms. Getz also acts as general counsel to Respiratory Technology Corp.
